Priceline取消巴厘岛康莱德酒店！每个订单，可要25刀！方法

通过太阳的方法我收到了25美元的折扣邮件，重新预订了酒店并把新的酒店订单发了邮件告之（不能取消，网上预付），然后PRICELINE又给我回复了，我理解是等我住宿完成后，凭酒店入住凭证才能收到25美元退款，请各位大神看看我理解的是否正确。。。另外，酒店入住凭证是个啥东东啊，我都在网上预付了，那酒店还会给我出具单据么？

discount. We appreciate your understanding in this kind of unexpected
circumstances.

We checked your reservation and we were able to verify that this is
indeed a Disclosed reservation; however, this is payable directly to the
hotel. We cannot refund you the $25 discount because we did not charge
you for this reservation but please send us your final receipt from the
hotel after your stay and we will process the $25 discount to your card.

Rest assured when we receive the requested receipt we will definitely
process the $25 discount.

We look forward to receiving the requested information so we can work
towards resolving your issue.

25刀补偿，是不是在他家预定完，住后在退25刀，那个预定48晚的也要帮人家预定不少才能够得到48晚补偿。

今天看到有同学写的帖子，说是邮件发收据后还要打电话给Priceline才能拿到退款（都是AGODA代理的），请问你是全程邮件还是打了电话的哈？我的订单也写的AGODA代理，英文太渣，如果要打电话联系，那估计就会被反撸了。。。郁闷ING
