如下 没有任何实质性的回复,只是强调他们给了券补偿继续声讨他

We are pleased to provide assistance with case #XXXXXXXXXXX.

Upon review of the bookings in question and based upon our research, all referenced itineraries were cancelled and fully refunded. The customer was notified by e-mail of each cancellation and refund, and a courtesy future credit coupon voucher was provided as a gesture of good will. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor or reinstate these bookings as originally submitted at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us a chance for resolution.

HOTELS不承认,BBB不会有半点的强制措施。


本来就不指望 hotels会良心发现 找他个客户陪着发邮件玩 哈

只说了取消发了邮件通知和已经退款撇清关系。
事情至此,只能这样了,退款汇率损失3美金告终。BBB也没有权限要求对方执行。
选择不接受继续反馈,这个反馈会公开,给hotel记上一笔。(没有契约精神,单方撕毁合约)

这事不能完 必须要好订网知道他们无理砍单带来的负面作用 经过大家的齐力吐槽 好订的微博已经好久没有发新了估计已经害怕了 应该继续搞搞FB
