不是退款哈，是把票钱转成旅游基金，有效期一年，也就是说一年内可以用于宿务订票。前提是你注册会员，然后绑定原订单，就直接在管理预定里面操作。如果实在不会打400 670 0780

2月的票，1月底停航了就申请退款，8次电话催都没处理完，一直说申请了申请了处理了就是没到账支付宝。现在告说超过一年支付宝退款的期限了要电汇。
