我貌似也遇到了类似的情况。不过不是CEBU而是菲鹰。原来的航班被取消了,但是没有任何通知。自己上网查才发现,现在他们没说改签的事情,就是我可以90天内重新定,没有 no penalty,或者申请全额退款。我肯定是要走的,所以我希望菲鹰能做的是免费改签。大家帮我看看。
