宿务航空公司的办事效率无比的低，我Email每天等回信，一般一周到2周才回我一封信而已

我貌似也遇到了类似的情况。不过不是CEBU而是菲鹰。原来的航班被取消了，但是没有任何通知。自己上网查才发现，现在他们没说改签的事情，就是我可以90天内重新定，没有 no penalty，或者申请全额退款。我肯定是要走的，所以我希望菲鹰能做的是免费改签。大家帮我看看。
