申请洲际最佳价格保证成功!?请大家帮忙确认。

简单说一下事情的进过。定下了春节期间去曼谷的行程,酒店选了很久,最后还是选择了洲际,两晚的曼谷Silom假日酒店,一晚曼谷沙通智选假日酒店。正好配合2016洲际的先行者计划,在洲际官网上订了两次,也正好满足了刷房的全部要求。订的都是最优价格,且是不可取消的订单。订完之后,上携程上比较了价格,发现携程上的价格要比官网上的低些。
曼谷Silom假日                  IHG官网每晚房价均价是2018.75THB,含税总价为4752.14THB
                                        携程每晚房价均价1841.01THB,含税总价4400THB
曼谷沙通智选假日             IHG官网每晚房价是1785.05THB,含税总价为2101.01THB
                                        携程每晚均价1716.12THB,含税总价2050THB
本想说三个晚上的住宿,官网预订比携程也就贵了400THB左右的价格,相当于80左右RMB,本来就是刚需入住,多80块但是得到5W的洲际积分,怎么算都是划算的。无意间在论坛注意到论坛上的帖子说“酒店的最佳价格保证,实现免费住酒店”

然后就抱着试试看的心态,按照帖子上的链接在线提交了一个最佳价格的申请表格。填写的时候把页面设置成了中文界面进行了填写提交。本以为大中华区这边的客服会电话或者是邮件回复申请,没想到之后收到了两封英文邮件的回复,应该是美国总部的回复,他们说他们在携程上查到的价格比我在官网上预订的要贵,所以两个申请都不成立。然后我又上了携程查了一下,考虑到对方是在美国,我特意上了携程的英文版网站查找价格,发现英文版的价格确实是比中文版的价格要高,也明显高于了IHG官网。然后我又在携程中文网站上重新查询一下,发现价格还是我之前查的那样,确实比洲际官网要低一些,然后我分别对两封回邮进行了回复,按照上面的样子把携程的价格和洲际官网的价格进行了详细罗列,并且在携程的官网上截了图回复给了对方。今天又收到了对方的回复,因为本人的英语水平有限,所以有的不很肯定,一个应该是申请成立,实现了首晚免房,另一个就不是很确定,请各位英语大神帮忙看看。
PS:第一次收到邮件回复后,我曾打客服电话进行异议沟通,没想到中文客服跟我说,涉及到最佳价格的问题只能是在网站上提出申请,并且只能由总部进行确认回复,一切的沟通协调也只能通过英文邮件进行。这点还真是非常不方便的说。

Silom假日得到的回复如下:

We would like to inform you that we were unable to locate the rate you were claiming for. In addition, the rate available on www.ctrip.com is higher than the best available rate on IHG website at the time of verification, thus claim won’t qualify for the Guarantee.

Please know that rates posted on both websites are subject to change due to availability and demand and we do not have any control over these changes. What we only do in our department is to verify whether a claim is valid or not. Hence, it is important that we verify the lower rate on our end to support the result of our verification.

As per Terms and Conditions;

11. Verification of Claims. All claims are subject to verification by IHG. IHG must be able to verify all elements of the claim and the required terms found on the non-IHG website at the time the claim is processed and verify that both the room price and the total room cost at the time of verification are lower than those found on the IHG website. IHG does not accept screen shots of imagery of lower prices provided by guests due to the ease of modification or alteration of such imagery.

Rest assured that as long as the conditions of the Guarantee are met, we keep our promise of honoring the free night to our guests. However, we do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of this concern.

Foremost, we sincerely apologize for the typographical error on our previous email. After reviewing your claim, the rate verified on the third party website upon time of verification is THB 1,858 per night or total THB 2,211.58 which is higher than the rate that you have booked.

We understand that you viewed a lower rate on the third-party website which prompted you to file for the Best Price Guarantee and we know how frustrating the result of the verification was. However, we hope you understand that all Terms and Conditions of the program must be met before we extend the Guarantee to your reservation.

Please be advised that we would need to be able to verify directly that the lower rate is bookable and available on the reported website at the time IHG conducts verification for the program as stated on our Terms and Conditions. Please know that we verify claims in real time and in order that it was received. Furthermore, we are precluded by our Terms and Conditions from accepting any external documentation for the purpose of verification for the Guarantee.

不可能成功的,我上次申请之后退了我的款,以为成功了也,结果到了酒店让我现在另外付钱,我勒个去,就是这家酒店,害的我在酒店前台纠结了一个钟头,浪费我的时间,她奶奶的娘
